01How the referral works
When you call or submit the form, your details go to a foundation company serving your area. That company is an independent business, responsible for its own inspection, estimate, pricing, insurance, permits and warranty. We may receive a fee from the companies we refer to; that does not change what you pay them.
You stay in control. You are never obligated to hire the company you speak with, and we encourage getting more than one opinion for larger repairs.
02Why this site exists
Foundation repair is confusing, and estimates for the same house can vary a lot. The service pages, area guides and blog posts here explain repair methods, local soil and climate, and the questions worth asking, so you can talk to contractors with confidence. Start with foundation inspection if you are unsure what you need.
03What we do not claim
We do not publish reviews, ratings or licensing claims on behalf of contractors. Verify any company yourself: ask for insurance certificates, written warranties and references, and check public business records. Questions about this site can be sent through our contact page.
